So, just about anyone who has an unsecured email account has prolly gotten the 'Nigerian Prince/Lottery/Dead Relative' email claiming to your 'rights' to recieve massive amounts of money. But this one is quite new. If you have ever gotten a payday advance be carefull, i myself have never done this due to the retardedly high interest (over 100%) but if you have gotten one in the past you may get a call from a guy claiming that they are taking you to court due to non payment, and jail time, this happened to a friend and he recorded the whole conversation, these dudes will site laws pertaining to debt collection, they will give you information about you only an official loan type person would have and sound pretty convincing. I know all of us work hard for our money, so dont be taken in by these scamming bastards! Just a heads up. E
