Please help me congratulate XGC DUECES on his recent promotion to General over XGC Federation. XGC DUECES had transferred over to help XGC Federation out, but had also had aspired to be the Captain after the clan had lost most of its Leadership. In the last 30 days XGC DUECES and his LT. had been working hard to breathe life back into the clan with much success. I look forward to working with him to help him achieve his goals.
