You can't take care of everyone, you can only take care of yourself and set a good example and hope others follow. But when your in a Leaders position you can control what is under you and it should be strong leaders like yourself and if you see them slipping, then actions should be taken before it gets out of hand. You can't control them, but you can control what happens to them and if they are where they should be or if someone else is better for the job!</p></blockquote><p></p>
