So you have people who are too stubborn to step down, but who can't give the clan the support it really needs. Theyre eventually removed...When it comes to the survival of a clan, the leaders are often quick to step in to make sure it gets resolved as quickly as possible. I can't speak for XGC for obvious reasons, but based upon what I've seen in SYN, am guessing its the norm for all divisions. Ultimately, IMHO all we can do is our personal best to try to bring in quality members who will support how XG functions, try to inform everyone as best we can and encourage all members to take their respective clan/squad operations more seriously.</blockquote>
