Shrub is a good local band from Ohio check them out! Dubba jonny, Dubsidia. reggae listen to Alborosie, rap Immortal Technique. Greatful Dead, Hendrix, a lot of BB King! Sublime. For the Fallen Dreams, Defeater, Liferuiner, verse are 4 metal hardcore bands. Ben Howard, Fleet Foxes is a GREAT Indi folk band! I could go on..
