MEETING NOTES FOR WEDNESDAY DEC. 19TH

If you</p><p>have a person wanting to join that is under the age of 18, they need to be sent</p><p>to XGC TIME BANDIT, so that he may place them in SYN, or KoG. Please, please, if</p><p>you are unsure of a persons age when attempting to recruit, please ask them. Just</p><p>mention to them that we need their age to verify that they are 18 and up. Also,</p><p>keep in mind that anyone, or any officer that purposely is recruiting 18 and under</p><p>into XGC will be dealt with!!</p><p></p><p>Also, I know I have spoke of this a couple times, but I need to make this clear.</p><p>When creating C.O.D BLACK OPS 2 emblems, please keep the Honor Code in mind. There</p><p>should be no racism, sexism, drugs, etc. Again, anyone purposely caught doing so,</p><p>will be dealt will accordingly.</p><p></p><p>There will be no scheduled shooter day/night events this week, due to the holidays. </p><p>They will be returning the second week in January. You may still all join in any</p><p>game that you like.</p><p></p><p>Also, this week will be our last weekly game event until the second week in </p><p>January as well. This week it will be Happy Wars. We will be having this game</p><p>Friday Dec. 21st at 3pm EST. I understand that there is</p><p>a update for the game that will see the holidays off on the right foot.</p><p></p><p>This will be our last meeting until after the New Year. I will be keeping notes,</p><p>and keep you all updated when we return. I will be sending out a Mass Message a </p><p>couple days ahead of time when we are getting ready to have our weekly meeting</p><p>again. Same goes with weekly game night. In the meantime, mix, mingle, have fun.</p><p>Should you have any problems or concerns about anything, please follow the Chain</p><p>of Command. If that person cannot find help, they are welcome to come to myself </p><p>jugheadky. We will be happy to assist.</p><p>If you are travelling for the holiday, please be safe on the roads. Again, if you</p><p>plan on drinking, have a plan. Designated driver, a cab, or the town transit. Arrive</p><p>alive! Be safe, and I will see you all back here in the New Year.
