Whats the point of actually being on Xbox Live in another country when you can't ENJOY gaming like in the US. For one, every multiplayer game is laggy. For two, they need personal servers for each country, yeah so I game with Japanese kats, oh well at least I have fair advantage of trying to win.

But that's my spill on XBL. I've always hated it and the way the support, run, and manage it.

Yeah it kinda sucks when you spend $25 on MS points to not be able to download something. Sure I could have done my preliminary check and see if it would have worked, but this is the first time this has actually happened to me. Bogus and unfair, I realize. But I guess I can't enjoy the new maps and I'm stuck with the old, well I guess I have 2000+ points to spend on whatever LOL.

I understand your frustration and sorry to hear that. I’m sure in time they’ll improve that, but I highly doubt it. I mean come on, they engineered a time bomb console. If my console gives out and if it’s not a simple fix, good bye Xbox. I have no problem waiting for the next console. :p

Hey bosoxfan thought I should share this. I saw your sig. and noticed at the bottom right XGC Agnubis, but looked at it quickly and didn't see the B-I part. I was like "What the bleep?" lol Anyways, whicked makes a good point. Can't win them all

thats what im saying about it tho theres not to much diff between the systems u just pay for your psn subscription upfront were as xbl is a monthly fee overall depending on how long you spend on the system id say the ps3 would probably be cheaper but right off the bat xbox is it just kinda depends on what your looking for in a gaming system

Ok but by saying that how can you compare ps3 to xbox playstation has a better quality gamer on it people on their dont feel the need to mod and cheat so sony doesnt need to monitor its servers whereas for some reason gamers on xbox consist mostly of little kids who get mad when they lose so mommy goes out and buys them a modded controller or such lol

They both have setbacks.
I have xbox so i can talk to my friends because all of them have xbox. If the had PS3 I would do the same. I would most likely spend the points foolishly anyway.

I can definitely see where your coming from, but at the same time, see why Microsoft can't do the same thing in certain regions. Its all about licensing, the nature of the content and the country/region your currently residing in.

Some countries just arent making it easy for MS. Some ISP's in those regions just won't cooperate. When it comes to maps, it just becomes stupid, because theres no reason that content should be any different based simply upon where you are... but as far as media (tv/movies/etc) go, it gets to be a really grey area...

well xbl is unreliable. but its not about playing to win, its about playing with freinds and clan mates. it dont matter who gets the points, as long as the team wins.
well for me anyway

This is the only download I've had trouble with. MS doesn't care about there products in countries that doesn't sell well.
