Why is it on Black ops 2 i can hit someone and get 3 hit markers an they shoot at me once and kill me? i dont understand is it my uoload speed of my internet not fast enough?

no no no what really gets me is the shotgun dude like wtf i can shoot somebody 20 feet away with a remington and kill them but if i shoot them from 2 inches away then ile get a hit marker
Omg!!! That is so frustrating to me!!! -.- it may be your internet speed that's doing it or it just might be some other kind of delay. But the hit markers are sketchy in this game.
have you tried clearing your cache on the xbox and deleting the title update in your hard drive for BO2 and re-downloading it?
