I did something very difficult for me today. I cleaned out my friends list.
I'm Uff Da Iceberg and I'm a friends list hoarder.
Looking through my list I realized there were people in there I haven't spoken to in over 5 years. People I didn't remember what game I played with them and various others that were simply cluttering up my friends list.
After joining this community and adding many members, I started having a hard time keeping track of who was and wasn't a part of the community. As I continue to add more in the future, I know it will become an increasing challenge. So that is what lead me to doing what needed to be done.
I actually felt bad about removing many of the names, because even though I haven't gamed with many of them in some time, I felt like maybe I would somehow offend them. In reality, most will never even notice.
So is there anybody else like me who is a Friends list Hoarder? Let's hear the stories of your struggle with this, dare I say, sickness.
