On top of this, after your event is approved, you must keep in contact with the Xiled Event Coordinators to keep communication flowing. If we do not hear from you, your event is not going to be spammed out. You are expected to talk to XGC Buffy XS or SYN JAChelle XS at least one week prior to your event to make sure everything is still on track.
