Touch was the General over XGC Blackout of which, he split into XGC Shatter ND. Touch built Blackout from the ground up with his own two hands forming 3 different squads, which were Destiny, Rainbow 6: Siege, and Black Ops III. He worked with a very complex clan, but made it work and was very successful. Touch is determined, dependable, knowledgable, and a hard worker. He was an awesome General and will make an even better Section Leader.
