[QUOTE="XGC V3RDICT, post: 146456, member: 29477"] I guess in a way I can see how limiting bandwiths is a good idea. We do have internet leachers, such as myself lol, who like to download everything from the internet and not have to pay a dime for it. But myself, the only thing I download is music, because for one most of the bands I listen to don't have a CD in stores or if the band does has a CD in stores its never in a local store. Now I have a friend that downloads ridiculous amounts of pornography and downloads full length movies. Now I can see that limiting him to only a certain amount of KBs would benefit everyone else around in the area that uses the same provider as him. I really don't know to much about Comcast other than it does offer some ridiculous speeds like my buddy as a 43k downloading speed and 7 k uploading, to me that would be something I would want, but then reading this it really wouldn't be worth it because I wouldn't want to be limited paying the price I already am paying which I can tell would be in the 120$ area. Is this plan a good idea? No clue, they need to implement it into the system and see if they get better results and happier customers that aren't the ones downloading everything from the internet.
