The Oktoberfest Competition has returned! From October 1st to November 1st, all games played on the Team Ladders (Core, Hardcore, and Halo 4) and all games played on the Black Ops II Doubles Ladder, will be counted toward the Oktoberfest Competition. There will be 4 separate leaderboards this year, two for Team Ladders, and two for the Doubles Ladder.
As with the previous Oktoberfest, the leaderboards will track the number of games played and games won. This is not to be confused with matches won/played, but the individual GAMES. So if you win a best-of-5 match, you will receive 3 points, one for each game you've won. Keep in mind that even if you lose a game, you will still receive a point for the Games Played Leaderboard.
The Leaderboards will be posted on the Clan Compete Home Page and will be updated regularly. The Doubles Ladder will be separate from the Team Ladders because Team Ladders often have much larger rosters.
The team that plays the most games and the team that wins the most games during this competition will receive 1000 individual XP for each member on their roster. If one team tops both leaderboards, the awards will stack to equal 2000 individual XP. The same goes for the winner(s) of the Black Ops II Doubles Leaderboards.
If your Doubles pair does well this October, and your Team plays well also, you could potentially walk away with an extra 4000 XP before the release of the next generation of consoles.
