Alright, I've got a pretty good deal on the line for a dell inspiron 15r n5100. I've read over some basic specs and some reviews, but i'd like some personal opinions. This is time sensitive!

Well, I will say this I am no geek maybe a bit nerdy. I have had two Dell's in the past and both went to the dumpster in a matter of less than two years. Maybe not answer or what you are looking for but, Hopefully your post will catch some one's attention.
Dell computers are a hit or miss type deal. If the price is really good, I'd say go for it. One thing Dell is good for (at least over here) is customer service, so if it did poop out for whatever reason that would be a plus haha.

I have that exact laptop, and its not too bad just wish the Video card was better and a few other things could be better also. Its ok in my opinion depends on what one you get, as far as specs.
