Message: <blockquote data-quote="XGC Filters" data-source="post: 272393" data-attributes="member: 43653"><p>Overall i am blown away each time Call of Duty releases a new game.  This game continues to set the standard in wartime first person shooters.  The programing staff, the story development department, and the voice acting departments  in my opinion are the best in the industry.  Each release keeps the story evolving, and the action intense.  I have also played other war time shooters like Bad Company but it seems each of these seems to fall short of COD.   Black Ops seemed to addressed and fixed some of the bugs from the previous Modern warfare version to the Black Ops version, but some bugs still persist like the spawning software which although has improved slightly over Modern Warfare, still has problems such as getting spawned directly in front of a enemy, or having someone camp one corner of the map and each time a team mate spawns its over in that corner because the camper won't move.   Another big problem i see is there server, and  the wait time to get in a game which for me has been up to 15 minutes at times and with Christmas coming up its going to get even worse.   One last thing which i am sure Activision will be addressing once they release there map pack update, is the lack of map variety. Some of the maps are insanely to small and a total waste of time, while curiously enough with the Black Ops edition game there is not a big open map for sniping and ground war. , hopefully when Activision releases there map pack update it will include a greater variety of maps. All in all I think Black Ops is a sucess and a worthly buy this holiday season.</p></blockquote><p></p>
