But in a GB match or CC, looking at someones player card is usually a good way of seeing who you're up against.  B/c if they're on a team, you know they play pubs together, so their KD's are at least fairly based off of how well they play as a team... i.e. I went against a team on CC the other day and their highest KD was a 1.37 so I knew we were OK and I could set my classes more toward my "let's have fun" classes as opposed to "let's stick with what I know"... When I'm in the TDM lobby, I look at the lobby leaderboard and I know that when I see someone with a KD close to or better than mine on the other team that it's fixing to be a tough match, so I use those "stick to what you know" classes.And to address the "usually play randoms" argument... in Mercenary, yes. But TDM is where clans go to play. As a matter of fact I have yet to land in a HC TDM lobby without a party on the other team. Literally, no exaggeration.
