Then there is the recruiting Im guessing your a sergeant based that you have XGC infront of your name so you can recruit people too get brownie points as well dont just recruit willingly find people that will certainly like too stay in XG. Lastly show that your willing too help out in you specific section of XG help the new recruits let the general and captains know you are there too help and not cause problems do this and you should have no problems.But you should try too attend a meeting every so often it does look good when you do.
