I really liked Jerriel's but ended up voting for Master Leaf.

I just wish i could have voted for SYN Jerriel XS and SYN Burning Sky. While i liked them all... I like those too becouse they seam natural. Like nothing was done to modify them. I just like that.

Shouldn't they be in the order they were submitted???
If that was the case, Jerriel's would be second to last and not FIRST (in the order they appear when voting)
I guess that's a perk of setting up the voting thread.

Because your submission is the first that people see.
For the last SOTW i made sure to get my entry in right away so mine would be at the top, thus gaining the first impression.
You submitted yours second to last but now you're getting that first impression. It's not a big deal to me, but it might be to some of the other designers.
It doesn't matter a lot, but it's FAIR to put them in order of submission.

It really doesn't matter, the order of submissions.
But, a nice point that S3NORITA pointed out during the last SOTW was the idea of anonymous entries. That way, any favoritism/name recognition does not get in the way of the actual sig.

The order in which they are put it does not really matter. As a matter of fact all i did was click the thread and started where ever it put me (which was the last post) [Chocobo's is just one i missed but if i did not she would have been first]
Also knowing that they has more votes then i did when this was first put up shows that mine DID NOT give them a good first impression and choose Master's or chocobo's.
and about secret entries or anonymous submissions it might happen next time but since we can not make people not go around and say " Hey vote for me" it seems kinda point less. but its still a good idea :]

you're right Jer, there's really nothing stopping someone from telling everyone to vote for them, BUT anonymity would cut down on any favoritism from random voters.
I have a good idea for next SOTW theme... Anything Final Fantasy. Maybe we could freestyle or have a set render for people to work with. Either way I'd like a Final Fantasy theme.
