Back in the days when I was in Halo 2 my General was this guy name KoG Caps. He was THE BEST GENERAL I ever had and probly will ever have. He was smart, funny, cool, and he was always chill even when you really screwed up. But the thing that I loved the most was that he made GameNights with all KoG Members and sometimes XG people! also taught me how to do cool stuff like SuperBounces, also this thing called Meet the Makers or something like that! that lobby was full in like .31813 seconds! But then something happened when I was in Vacation with my family and when I came back he was gone! WHY? because him and the XS got in a fight and they left. But some people say Caps went to XGC and others said he quit Xbox but I miss that guy a lot and I wish he was still my General!

Other Story!

Also XiledGaming was fun back in the Days of Halo 3 or when Halo 3 just came out! I recently joined back and joined KoG again! I wish I remember the guys Gamertag but he lived in PA, loved hockey (well he played it) and was a Penguins Fan! if you know him post his Gamertag below! I think he was a General or Section Leader but anyways he remineded me about Caps! well he was almost the same thing! Like GAMENIGHTS, COOL MAPS, PRIZES, AND TOURNAMENTS! but then he removed me for no reason and still wonder way he did that but anyways my point is that WE NEED TO BRING THOSE STUFF BACK! PEOPLE MISS THOSE MEMORIES AND that was what the ''7'' people did! THEY MADE WHAT A CLAN SUPPOSE TO BE LIKE! FUN! So guys please TELL EVERRYONE ABOUT THIS TOPIC CAUSE!
A) Everyone Needs to know!
B) If you agree dont only post something tell your friends about this to.
C) i want to know if im not the only one that miss the old days!
D) Hey maybe one post can change a Clan Future and make it Fun again! How it was in the Good Old Days!

Well I can't say that i've had that joy fully but I can say i've had a dose of it when I joined XG but yeah that is the way a clan is suppose to be it's suppose to be fun and it's even in the honor code. So if you're not having fun. Then it's not truely your fault that you're not having fun but sometimes it could be. But what you said it's true I think that the past should repeat itself.

I think that people in general are the reason things are the way they are. I mean there are a lot of people who truly want to have fun and there are a lot of people who don't care. Since I have been with my current clan it has been awesome. But at the same time people bring drama into it and then it actually seems like XG becomes a job and not a hobby. I personally love this place and I have met a lot of people that have become friends.

Thing is everybody's not the same so some general might be different from other generals. People like to run things differently. Like your fun and my fun my be two totally different things so sometimes people just need someone to speak up and say "Hey why don't we try this or that one day?" and maybe you might see some changes if they like it.

well the thing is XiledGaming was FUN back in the good old days than what it is now! And YES im trying to start it over again but no one is going to listen to a Private!

Then how about you get your way up to General or Captain and show peeps how to have a good tme. Throw in some suggestions here and there. You Captain's and General should listen to them I mean they're always looking for people to give them idea's post on your clan forum and let them know about it.

yeah but my grouop and squad is going throw a hard time cause were losing members left and right! but now were trying to stay on track so thats the last thing we have to worry about....having Game Nights and etc.

clan gaming is intended to be fun for anyone that WANTS to be a part of the clan and have fun here... if you don't want to be here, leave... it's that simple... XG is not for everyone, but we try to accommodate as many people as possible...

clan gaming also becomes less fun when there is drama involved... we try to create a drama free environment, but we stick to our morals outlined in our honor code.

i was one of the creators of xg, and i have been playing with most of the leaders for 8+ years and still have fun every time i get online... if you're not having fun then something is wrong... we get online and game to have fun...

different generals run clans differently... if you don't have fun with one general's style, but thrive and enjoy anothers... if the general's style is the thing keeping you from having fun, then we can fix that easily and get you set up with someone that matches your style...

i don't know who you are talking about zgirt, but i live in pa, and love the penguins... lol, but i didn't boot you, so i don't think you were talking about me... anyway happy gaming

Thats not true your general i know for a fact would be more then willing to talk to you about getting that setup and if not there are plenty other generals that will come and help ya with that.

If your losing members assess your attitudes and i do not mean that in a bad way at all. For instance, If you have a good attitude like bubbly, outgoing etc then you are more then likely gunna have no problems gaming with ppl and keeping them but if you have a depressed or harsh tone with it then ppl will be turned away. Try it and find out if it works. Force yourself to have a happy thought ya know.

Game nights are the best way to keep ppl btw. We revolve around gaming just make a funny game and play it. It will work i promise.

Look you might not be able to save everybody there but it's still up to the General and Captain to maintain the clan I mean yeah you lost people but that doesn't mean you can't plan a game night or something for the people that's still there. Don't ruin the fun for the people who's stayed just because some people left. You're in a clan it's not just about you or your captain it's about having fun and enjoying playing and meeting new people.

haha i know who you are man! but if you read my whole topic it was talking about the GameNights, Meet the Makers of XG, and FUN stuff like that! I mean im not making drama Im just trying bring those good days back to this

Community! Also btw my Goals for XiledGaming is this:


1. Bring my Halo 2/Halo 3 Memories Back to XG!
2. Get Over 100 recruits.
3. Make this site even more acitve than it is now.
4. Change my Gamertag to SYN
5. Become a XS

..... thats only some of my many Goals for this Community that just came out of my head ! SO Im not leaving XG for a looong time. But im but trying to bring those memories back to XG!

Then keep working at it you're making a change as long as you stick with it I can't help you much but I can't have my Generals talk to yours and see what's up that's about it.
