XILED GAMING, A FUN PLACE TO GAME
The above statement says it all! XG is a fun place for all to game! Each and every person/gamer can get what ever they want out of our community. XG provides an environment that is positive and enjoyable to be in with structure. IT IS NOT A PLACE THAT ANYONE HAS TO BE! IT IS A PRIVALAGE TO BE IN THE BEST ONLINE COMMUNITY! It is not mandatory to be in an XG community! There are plenty of other gaming communities out there to be in. If you do agree with our HONOR CODE, want to have fun and share in the fun of online video games then this is the place for you. If you don’t agree with that then you are in the wrong community. If you are interested in drama, fighting, tyrannical leadership and dealing with petty nonsense then this is NOT the place for you. XG has a zero tolerance policy on these issues and you will be removed for these infractions. If you are a member whom a leader mistreats let the other leaders know so they can be talked to or removed. ANY LEADER AT ANY TIME CAN BE APPROACHED AND TALKED TO. XG HAS AN OPEN DOOR POLICY THAT NEEDS TO BE USED! No matter what your rank is in any of the XG communities we are all people with real lives. The fun that is getting online and playing with people is putting the head ach of your life on hold and just having fun. Having fun is what video games and gaming online is really all about. Our environment is set up so there are plenty of leaders online at all time to help deal with any personality conflicts that should arise. We all get online when we can. We all contribute something when we are on. In a perfect world getting online and playing video games would be all we have to do. But in reality that is just not likely. We get online to PLAY! No one can tell us when to be on or how much. It is a luxury to get online and PLAY. If you get on and enjoy what we are about and like finding new gamers to share in our community then great! If you just want to be on and PLAY then great! That is the unique part about XILED GAMING. Everyone gets what the want out of what we set up and do. Our members that bear a gamer tag from one of the XG communities reflect on all of us. We want to be the positive role models for all gamers!
BOTTOM LINE, AT THE END OF THE DAY IT IS JUST A GAME! WE ARE ALL PEOPLE WITH THINGS GOING ON AND NOONE IS GOING TO STEAL OUR RIGHT TO GET ON AND HAVE FUN PLAYING ONLINE VIDEO GAMES!
