I been in SYN for almost a year now, and im a SGT. Theirs a so called "Class" that all SGT have to take. Where did this come from since i been in SYN for almost a year and never heard of it and we are "required" to take it and if not we drop to a Pvt? I have never had a squad meeting or training since i been here and i understand my Cpt/Lt have things in life to deal with but shouldn't their be someone covering over for them? Also whenever i ask my leaders a question they either point me to another leader because their "Busy" or don't want to answer it.
