Because the previous Dark Knight thread turned into an epic battle, it has been removed. Now you can all talk about the movie in this thread, hopefully without argument.

Wrong. Jangles arrived much before the argument even took place. You merely declared the movie best film of the year and disappeared.

I too just got back from my second viewing of the film.
This time though I went with dear old Dad. I was still impressed

The Dark Knight was amazing!
Ledger was also amazing but I will have to agree that I don't think he will get an academy award for it. I don't know...he might, but who knows? besides, he can't really accept it now anyways because...well...yeah...he's dead.

He is going to win an Academy Award and then they will change the name "Academy Award" to "You were almost as good as Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight" award
wenever theres game awards i always rename them to "games almost as good as Portal" Like Jangles just did.
i'll say batman was the best movie based on a comic book by far.
really in depth and definately covered a lot of ground.
