Lately there have been problems with recruiting people as in reading them in so I had an Idea. The idea I had was that Sgts should be able to read in new recruits but there should be at least two Sgts in the party ..one listening and one reading them in .. Maybe we can get this going .??

i get what you are saying, but that is too much responsibility for a sgt. ALso having the higher ups do it will allow for screening of new people and ensure only quality people get into the clan!!!
I would second Gun, Bring it up with your chain of command and if anything they shouldn't have a problem giving out their phone number so you can text them if you have one to read in. We have to do that all the time, because lets face it Captains and Generals can't be on all the time.
