Hey 007. Just wanted to drop a quick thought. Our leaders seem to contribute a lot to this drama with other communities I've been reading about. I don't perceive it as helpful for these issues to be aired out or responded to so publicly. I have a sour taste in my mouth after reading all the mutually disrespectful comments made to one another. Perhaps the leaders should revisit their policies on these matters and reform them in a more professional light. It would go a long way to instill confidence in the newer guys like myself. Just a bit of unsolicited advice.
