I HEARD YOU COULD HELP ME

Now, i'm sorry to bother you but i heard from some people that you were one of the most active council members and that you could help me, now i while back i had been given the go ahead by Knight to make an SYN clan in vegas1, to get this i went through two months of PM tag with him and waiting, the second of those months my FR sat on his list while he was online then he had just declined it at the end of that month, but in the PMs he had given me the go ahead, but he never did anything official, like assign me a section leader, and you could probably see why after those two months i gave up trying but now i'm back and trying again, i have a clan with members who are all registered and it is growing daily if you could maybe talk to me or help me, i would really appreciate it
