Does KoG Meltdown XK do PC gaming if not could it be possible that i can start something up like that ?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. The PC division from our community is pretty inactive, if not dead. What you can do is just get a couple friends and get together to play (more of a casual thing). I doubt it'll be possible to get an official group going. Also, members are not allowed to be in both, an Xbox LIVE and PC division simultaneously. I suggest talking to your Section Leader (which is KoG Lou XS) to get better, more direct help for this.
