what do you have to do to get a xgc gametag? (i know how but i mean like do i have to create a new account cuz i paid for a 1 year card, and i am on a regular xbox)

and 2 who do i talk to about getting one of those fancy signature pics?

yea you have to get a new account. and for the sig go to the main xiledgaming.com page and scroll down to design studios.
