Mind Game......the only thing I can suggest to you if you haven't changed your XBL gamertag is to log onto XBL. Make sure you write down your exact XBL tag (spaces & uppercase/lowecase).
On the XG website, go to your UCP (User Control Panel), and click on the link "Edit Details" under the "My Profile" on the left hand side of your browser. Scroll down the page to a section underneath the Honor Code named "XBox Live GamerTag". Make sure what you enter is exactly the same as your XBL tag. Once you submit that page, it should be taken care of.........although I have found that if you do not refresh pages on the XG sites, you can run into problems. So - just for giggles, get used to hitting the F5 button (Page Refresh), when you are on the XG website.
