It's a win win because you'll know what is really going on in the clan and be better prepared to handle & assist in solving any issues as well as building a stronger trust with your leadership and members as well. Remember to make sure that your members are comfortable speaking with you and your leaders so those lines of communication are open and honest.</span></span></p><p></p><p style="text-align: left"><span style="color: #C0C0C0"><span style="font-family: inherit">Future Leadership</span></span></p><p></p><p style="text-align: left"><span style="color: #C0C0C0"><span style="font-family: inherit">As leaders we want the best for our members. It is our job to train and teach each person below us (regardless of rank) on how to do their job better and hopefully propel them forward in the future if that's what they want. Identifying this early is key! Don't wait until a position in leadership opens up before you start looking to fill that spot...you should have your eye on one, if not more, members to potentially move up into leadership roles! This is the way to build a strong foundation within your clan! With good communication and training, you shouldn't have to worry about leadership vacancies.</span></span></p><p></p><p style="text-align: left"><span style="color: #C0C0C0"><span style="font-family: inherit">Recruiting</span></span></p><p></p><p style="text-align: left"><span style="color: #C0C0C0"><span style="font-family: inherit">Recruiting is essential in EVERY clan! Without new recruits, we can't grow in numbers and there won't be progression in the clan and community. Recruiting new members is </span></span></p><p><u>EVERYONE'S RESPONSIBILITY!!</u><p style="text-align: left"><span style="color: #C0C0C0"><span style="font-family: inherit"> Regardless of what rank you hold. Some may find it difficult to recruit and to others it may be easy...bottom line, if you don't at least attempt it you'll always fail. The holidays are coming up and new games coming out as we speak. This is the perfect time to "brush up" on your recruiting tactics. Also, if you encounter individuals that may not be a good fit into your respective division or clan, remember we do have two others! Age and their style should be the first focus when you meet a new person before recruiting them. Especially focus on this while new games are on the verge of releasing as well as the holiday season coming soon, when people might receive gifts of new games and start playing other things. You should know ahead of time if your clan is going to be switching from one game to another. If your clan has more than 3 games listed, ask yourself if that's actually true.
