The gamer wishing to change his/her name must have reached the rank of Sgt.
The name must be checked on all 3 gaming divisions, DNR list and Xbox live before being submitted.
No names can have numbers that substitute for letters to mimic another name.
Also the name must be appropriate. If its not, it will be denied.
It will then be reviewed and either approved or denied
