Well thats good to hear. Tactical is running good. We haven't been having problems, but we really haven't been able to get to many members over 65. We've kinda been stuck here for a while.

See we get alot of recruits, just they seem to leave after a week or two. Most of the people that re joinin seem to be wanting prmotions, and not to help out KoG. We are working on gettin a new squad right now so we should be doing better. Also i've gotten some good people into the clan in the past week, so hopefully we should spilt within the month. The thing is i don't wanna tell my captains to get a recruit everyday because come the 5th and 6th day they will be just recruiting joe-blow down the street just to get it over with. I would rather have one good recruit over ten recruits that will saty in for three weeks just to say i split a clan.

From experience I noticed if you keep track of the time that your recruits have been in the clan then rank them up. Also let your privates and seargants know the certain amount of recruits you are looking for so that they can be promoted because if they do not know when they will be ranked up then they will think they are recruiting for no purpose. Also emphasize on the fact that more and more clans are getting hit and you dont want to be one of those clans so tell them to watch who they are recruiting. Don't be afraid to give them some incentive too. For example, I play one on one matches with my clan members for the chance for them to make me go pink for a full active day. This also gives you a chance to see how your clans recruiting process is coming, so you realize your not getting some "random joe." Just to let you know i have been in KoG for a few months and I have helped split 3 clans with no trouble. So i hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to prvt message me.

I know what you mean by playing with them, but they seem to be recruited then they don't get on. So i can't get on to play with them. Then they get on wanting promotion, and i usually i give them a private position then they stop playing, then they get on for promotion and i say no because they haven't been active and haven't been showing leadership or anything. Then they stop playing and leave. What me and my other general are doin is havin somebody who will have a recuit meeting and teach them to hopefully pick out those who want to stay in KoG and those who don't want to be here. Also to teach them for the future.

yea me too but one way to make sure your recruits are quality is to ask them questions:
1.)How active are you on Halo?
Also you can ask them questions to feel out their personality. Another thing to do is play customs games every night so you can get to know the recruits and other people besides your captains better

I just got general about a month ago in NOCTURNAL and i have been running it pretty good ive gotten it up to about 48 people but i seem to be having the same problem as phant0msnpr with recruits joining and leaving. im probably going to recruit a lot this weekend so hopefully i can hit 60. since ive been in KoG itself since January i have recruited over 50 with parody and nocturnal combined so hopefully i can get a bunch of people this weekend. lol.
