Let me address the original question first; KoG DTownTiger, Xiled Gaming does not currently have a community-wide or even division-wide captain's meeting, as it only holds mandatory leaders meetings for Generals and above on Sunday evenings. Some generals elect to hold multiple clan meetings during a given week, one for the entire clan, and one for "staff" (i.e. captains). Section Leaders also hold weekly section meetings in which they sometimes elect to only have staff and higher attend; however some Section Leaders prefer that everyone in their section attempt to attend. So as far as your question goes, (if I am understanding it correctly) there are no official "Captain's" meetings in Xiled Gaming.

Yes, they highly advise to have clan meetings once a month, that way your general can pass down information...

They advise clan meetings to occur weekly, not monthly.
