AN IMPORTANT ?

Alright this has been bothering me for a while and I never got around to asking anyone about it. I was wondering if it is alright to make a lieutennant a member because he is a good recruiter and there is not always a captain or general on at the same time that he is. Due to different time zones kinda sucks, but neways that would be a nice to know.

The answer to that is no. I know it sucks to have to wait but in the best interest of our community we would don't have any reason for that HALO rank. Your lieut. can just leave the new recruit on their friend list until a capt or gen are on. They can however come to the website and register and read up in the interim.
