    Graf. you need to go to join a clan and scroll all the way down and click an XGC Capt . and highlite identify me as a member of this group. See if that works

    Usually it will say in the post if your sig is finished and where you can pick it up.

    Irish, I got this response when I attempted to join the captains user group.

    Go to join a clan and join the capt user group for XGC if you cant find it we will have to get ty to set you up. and if you havent yet go to your user CP and change you profile ranking to Capt. I will be on all night tonight im done painting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
