Hey, I just sent you a text message. Did you get it? I can call you in a little bit to help. But if you are trying to get them to sign up and join a clan, make sure their accounts are validated (they have received an email confirmation) before they try to join a clan. They are in alphabetical order, so I'm not sure why you aren't seeing it. If you are logged in, the clan you are apart of is not listed with the rest, it is separate and placed on top of all the others. Hope I'm making sense. Haha.
