Welcome to the SYNdicate, the underground division of Xiled Gaming. Here in SYNdicate we play like REAL F@#&ING GAMERS! We don't go around looking for problems, but if someone starts one, we know how to finish it! Remember, TAKE NO PRISONERS! Xiled Gaming in general has over 75,000 registered members and is growing every day. You have to be 16 or older to join and we're always looking for new talent. So if you want to be apart of something bigger, something greater, something amazing, Join SYN TODAY! Many feel clans are pointless. But those people have never tried it. The SYNdicate is about meeting like minded gamers, competing, and helping improve yourself and gaming. I highly urge you to give it a try. It you feel like it’s not for you, you can always leave. But I guarantee that you will meet new gamers and have a great time.
To join SYN you must do a number of things. First of all you have to either read or be read the Honor Code. The Honor Code is our foundation. Everything we do, we do inside those guidelines. Seeing how we're a community of over 75,000 we need to keep things organized and make sure our members are representing SYN the best they can.
The next thing you should know about is the Rank Structure. The Rank Structure is our chain of command. It’s the very thing that shows our status in the clan. The higher you go up, the more people you watch over. Recruits aren't expected to know all the ranks. Sergeant is the rank where your leadership is practiced. It’s when you are allowed a SYN tag and when you're expected to help people. Ranks Section Leader and up are considered Xiled Gaming’s Leaders. If you ever have a question or you just want to get to know some of them, go the Xiled Gaming Leaders forum. The leaders are listed in alphabetical order so just find the name, click on it, and chat away.
Before you are allowed to post or access clan forums you must register on the website. Simply look at the top bar and go all the way to the right until you see the “Register” button. Fill out the proper information and wait for an email to be sent. Check your email and you should see an email from Xiled Gaming. Look at the email and click the first link on it. Once you do that you are a registered member of Xiled Gaming! But you're not done yet.
You now must request to join a clan's User Group. The User Groups are our own clan system built into the website. On this page you'll see every clan in Xiled Gaming listed in alphabetical order. To join your clan's user group, just simply click "Join Group". Once you've done that go down and click on the box "Join Group" and your user group request will be put in. Then all you have to do is sit back and wait for the General of the clan to accept your request. Now that you're all done registering on the website, you can now post in your clans forum. The reason you should do this is because it will show you are an active member, it’s a great way to be updated on all the clans news, expand your knowledge, improve yourself, and to meet great people. We have clans on both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. To find your clan's forum just look for the console you game on and look for your clans forum.
You should also check out the Xiled Teams section. There are 4 main sections to it. There is the News team, Design Team, Video Team and Events Team. News team types up interviews and news articles revolving around gaming and posting it in the home pages. Design team makes signatures, clan banners, and other XG graphics. Video Productions makes Xiled Gaming videos for either the public or just us to see. And the Events team simply works on making game nights for the community. If you want to be a part of any of this, go to the team you want to join and apply.

Also if you have any issues or problems with the website you can always go to the Help Desk for assistance. If you need a name change or have a forum problem, they will be there!
