SYN KayKat XD (Promoted 10/15/2017)
Congratulations to SYN KayKat XD on her promotion to Division Leader over SYNdicate! Throughout Kay’s time in Xiled Gaming, it was immediately noticeable that Kay was a good leader. Kay was always enthusiastic, humble, independent, and a very strong force to be reckoned with. It was not until she reached the rank of Section Leader when we really got to know the type of person she is. As a Section Leader, Kay successfully transferred her entire section from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One, without hardly any assistance. In the meantime, she was training magnificent leaders to be the future leaders of SYNdicate. Kay successfully produced two awesome Section Leaders, and had plenty more preparing for the next step. We look forward to her working with the XD team, and having her positive influence on SYNdicate!

SYN Retro XD (Promoted on 7/2/2017)
Congratulations to SYN Retro XD on his promotion to Division Leader over SYNdicate!! Retro came back into the community from inactivity in early January of 2017, as a General, to rebuild a clan from scratch. Over a course of about three months, Retro was able to bring back old members and recruit new faces into SYN, eventually splitting his clan from SYN Lost Empire into SYN Tactical. Not long after, Retro was promoted to Section Leader, where he immediately jumped right back into the rank with full force. Retro proved his skills as he trained multiple successful leaders, assisted his peers, and went above and beyond to help improve SYNdicate. The dedication this man has to this community and to SYNdicate is astounding. We look forward to working with him and watching him positively inspire the future leaders of SYN.

SYN Sappy XD (Promoted 7/2/2017)
Congratulations to SYN Sappy XD on his promotion to Division Leader over SYNdicate! Sappy’s time as a Section Leader was spent well by training the future leaders of SYN, sharing his knowledge about the community to his subordinates and peers, and working hard with extra circular activities on the website. Something that really excited Sappy was when he hit hit one year mark as a Section Leader!! Sappy carried a huge influence among all of his members and peers with spreading his love towards the community. Adding on, Sappy successfully had four Section Leaders promoted from within his section, and has yet to stop building and influencing leader in SYN! Sappy's dedication, hard work, loyalty, knowledge, and enthusiasm are just few of the characteristics that members and leaders enjoy from him. We look forward to working with him to help make SYNdicate the best division it can be.

Every challenge that has been thrown his way he has been able to conquer. Snow has spread his great knowledge to a lot of members across SYNdicate and has trained only the best of the best. Snow carries a variety of qualities that hold true to the reason he was promoted to Division Leader. From being positive, to building strong leaders, staying by the book with the rules, and spread the knowledge of the community to other. Snow loves his popularity
