Great Leaders Don't set out to be a perfect Leader,
They set out to make a difference.
It's Never About the Role- Always about
The Goal !!

Positive Message - Positive Results

As leaders in this community, it is our duty to maintain the image of a Positive Leader - we set the example for existing & future leaders by promoting positivity in our day to day interactions. Make sure you and your leaders are leading the way for obtaining positive results, just by how we conduct ourselves, never fall victim to negativity - reach out for help when you need it!

The 3 Core Values of Xiled Gaming

- Honor ~ Be honest and truthful in our dealings with peers, superiors, and subordinates
- Courage ~ Have the courage to make decisions in the best interest of the XG community
- Commitment ~ Be committed to positive change and constant improvement for yourself and the XG community

The Foundation of XG

XGC~ Xiled Gaming Clan ~ 18 and up, mature gamers
XGG~ Xiled Gaming Girls ~ female only
SYN~ SYNdicate ~ 16 and up, underground gamers
KoG~ Kings of Gaming ~ 16 and up- recreational gamers

The Honor Code is the foundation of Xiled Gaming whether you are part of SYN, KoG, XGC, or XGG. We all agreed to follow the honor code as well as what sets us apart from other clans and communities - our Rank Structure, Promotion Requirements, and Clan Structure. These are accompanied by communication, which is always the key to success, and the three Core Values of Xiled Gaming, this gives us an unbreakable foundation to stand upon. This will help prepare the pipeline of future leaders and also reinforce the reasons why XG is successful.

Recruitment Process

When recruiting, remember there is no need to fill a quota, your main goal as a recruiter should be quality before quantity. Meaning we want the quality recruits because they will become a quality member. Quality recruits will also ensure a quality gaming atmosphere within the clan and community. This quality atmosphere is what XG was founded to create. This brings up the point of what qualities a gamer must possess.
XG sees a quality gamer as someone who possesses:
- Sportsmanship
- Respect
- Fair Play

Several things are going to need to be covered when reading a recruit in, these things include:
- The Honor Code
- The Rank Structure
- Registering on xiledgaming.com as well as clancompete.com
- When registering on the website, the username should match their Gamer Tag
- Meeting and practice times
- Who the General and XS are

Be the Leader Your Members Deserve on All Levels:

Get to know your leaders. Each leader has different personalities, perspectives, drives, and special needs. We must know our leaders on a personal level to properly evaluate what they need in order to grow as a leader. This may require more than just the normal conversation on Sundays or a meeting during the week. We should be gaming with our leaders because there is so much you can find out about a person from listening to how they react to in-game settings. The key is to get close to your leadership but you also must set boundaries so you don't get emotionally involved. Once we figure out what drives the leaders, what their leadership goals are, as well as their strengths, and their personality, then we can make a game plan for each individual leader to ensure the utmost success.

Meetings

Section Leaders should be helping their Generals and making sure the topics are understood in case of any questions that may arise, and all topics being conveyed in meetings. Don't pick and choose what you want to cover, cover everything that pertains to members, and add clan specific information as well.

For each clan meeting, make sure that you are including some sort of training information - examples would include:
1. An article from the Honor Code
2. Something from the rank structure, clan structure, or promotion requirements
3. Core Values
4. Anything else to help train members/leadership

The goal of this would be to help prepare the leadership pipeline and make sure people are aware of all XG policies and rules and will help the clan and community be successful.

Generals should be having conversations about the notes, not just reading verbatim, meetings are a great opportunity to have a captain or lieutenant lead the discussion as well, to make sure they know what they are going over and stimulate the participation of the group.

Sensitive Information

As XG Leaders, we need to remind our members that while we don't control who you play or talk to, we do ask that you don't discuss clan business in front of people who don't need to hear it. If people are asking you questions about what's going on in a specific clan, division, or with specific leaders, let them know that you aren't comfortable discussing that with them.

When it comes to people asking general questions of course that's fine, but information that is for leadership within the community only can't be discussed with lower-ranking members or people outside of the community. For clarification and questions, please hit up your chain of command.

UNITY IS STRENGTH.
WHEN THERE IS TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION,
WONDERFUL THINGS CAN BE ACHIEVED.

PROFESSIONALISM
When dealing with members in any setting within XG, Professionalism is always a key to getting across the points of interest within the conversation that is happening. Raising your voice, insulting others, and refusing to listen to all points of view, will cause drama and will not be productive to the conversation or any situation.

THE HONOR CODE
In Article 6 of the Honor Code, it states that:
"XG members CANNOT be apart of any other gaming communities/clans! Any and all gamer tags must be either in XG clans or in none at all. XG does NOT have ANY alliances with other gaming communities/clans! XG will remain friendly and professional with ALL gaming communities at all times! ZERO TOLERANCE! If an XG member leaves, they are NOT allowed back. In the event of a member wanting to come back, each situation will be looked at by the COUNCIL/Division Leaders on a case-by-case basis."

PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
NO Promotion is just given for meeting the time requirements. Promotions must be earned by fulfilling all the responsibilities of each rank. Promotions are not asked for they are earned. Because you have been in your position for a long time doesn't guarantee you a promotion. If you have completed these requirements please speak with a leader. If you are not maintaining the requirements of your position please understand you are hurting your clan, the community, and your friends. If this happens you will be relieved of your leadership position. It isn't personal. We can't have inactive or ineffective leaders hold back what our members need. please review the promotion requirements with the link provided.

PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS 2018

Great Things Never Came From Your Comfort Zone

Honor Code Section VII
Violation of the Honor Code will earn a Gamer a warning; two warnings and you will be banned from the community. Members caught purposely cheating and/or participating in manipulated online play will be immediately banned. No exceptions!

Religion & Politics
We are an online gaming community, meaning that we are here to game, not to talk about subjects such as religion and politics. Talking about these topics are deeply personal to each person, and talking about them can cause huge issues between clan members and even members in different sections or divisions, and have even caused clans to completely fall apart. Keep in mind that these topics should not be brought up between members and any discussions about these topics are very sensitive, so it's best to completely avoid discussions about them at all.

Official Communication
Official XG Communication should only take place on:
1. Xiled Gaming Website
2. Xbox Party Chat or Messages
3. Official XG Discord Servers

Creating Facebook groups, Discord servers, Kik chats, or anything else that is used to discuss clan business or Xiled Gaming topics besides the three official forms of communication will cost you your rank and possible membership in XG. This DOES NOT include chats or Discord servers for non-XG related topics, such as streaming Discords or official game Discord servers - if you need clarification, hit up your chain of command.

Discord is not mandatory for any ranks other than XS-XI, but is highly encouraged as a way to keep in touch with and meet other members who play the same games.
https://www.xiledgaming.com/threads/xg-communication.75286/

Sensitive Information
When speaking about information with leadership that is sensitive, whether over a party or in messages, make sure that this information isn't being brought up around members that it doesn't pertain to. This can be regarding promotions, demotions, warnings, etc. If a leader is spreading information around to members that it shouldn't be discussed with, disciplinary action will be taken which can include demotion or even removal from the community.
https://www.xiledgaming.com/threads/leaking-sensitive-information.74857/

Working with Peers
To be successful as a group of leaders, we have to work together as a team. You have to be a strong enough leader to be able to put petty differences aside to work for the betterment of the whole team. There is no room for condescending remarks or attitudes when a peer comes to you for help. All leaders have had different experiences and have advice or perspectives to offer for specific situations or know how to answer a question that you might not know. Be willing to listen to ideas or perspectives, because it's hard for one person to consider all options and ideas by themselves. Make yourself an asset to anyone you can help when they are dealing with a situation they haven't had to previously.

Examples:
1. Clan is struggling and is rebuilding - offer advice or support so that person or clan doesn't feel like they are alone and that people have their back.
2. A clan struggles with recruiting new members, while your clan steadily brings in recruits on a regular basis. Tell them your tactics and even team up and go recruiting together to help them become more comfortable and also show them different ways that they hadn't tried.
3. Someone new has been promoted that was previously under you - be there to listen to their questions and offer advice to them as they become accustomed to their new rank, continue building that mentor/protégé relationship that you have already established.

Game Nights
We have community-wide events that are hosted by our community Events Team, that are listed each week in meeting notes. If you or any member are interested in hosting events which are open to the entire community, please apply by posting an application here: EVENTS TEAM APP AREA

Members and leaders are welcome to host clan game nights, squad game nights, or even section game nights, but community-wide events must be hosted by members of the official Events Team. Please be considerate that if a game night is already taking place on a night when someone else is doing an unofficial game night, it can pull people away from the opportunity of meeting other members across the community. If you have questions about the Events Team, please hit up either XGC Buffy XD or SYN JAChelle XS on Xbox.

A leader is one who goes the way,
knows the way,
shows the way.

With the NEW Call Of Duty Cold War game out, there should be no excuses for recruiting members. Get out and meet new people and get them in the community. Make sure we are holding every member accountable for recruiting. Remember quality over quantity. There is also New DLC's coming out. So let's try and get out there and game with new people and see if there are what we look for in Xiled Gaming.

Team Effort
Everything we do within Xiled Gaming is a Team Effort, regardless of Rank or which squad, clan, section, or division you may be in. Our community is based on the Honor Code, Rank Structure, Rules & Guidelines, and Team Work. We pull the rope together and we succeed or fail together, but we always do it as a group. No one person is bigger than the whole, no one loss is more important than all the fun we have together. Here are just a few things we have to do to be the best Community we can be:
  • Recruiting: Building our community is everyone's responsibility, no one person can do this alone, make sure you are bringing in good like-minded gamers to be a part of the environment you want to create within your section, with this you will be helping us pull the rope. Just remember that we all are facilitators of fun!
  • Training Recruits: It takes a whole clan to be open to new members, invite these potential members to games, welcomes them, be a good example, show them the ropes, teach them about the community, and work with them so they can become a valued community member, as we grow its more important that we grow together.
  • Clan & Squad Practices: Training together, learning the tactics or strategies for the clan games, getting to know each other's playing styles, and learning from each other will prepare us for victory and help us learn from defeat.
  • Clan Compete: As a team, everyone should put forth their own best effort in any in-game play, while maintaining the environment of good sportsmanship, regardless of if we win or lose, we always say good game!
  • Meetings: Meetings are a great place to share ideas, celebrate successes, discuss any issues, offer feedback on how to improve our clan and squad environments, and vote on new recruits. Remember, we can't make things better without teamwork. Team Effort is what it is all about. More hands make lighter work!
  • Communication: Exchanging thoughts and ideas with the intention of delivering information and goals. Communication is the key to success, not only within the community but also in both professional and personal scenarios. Successful leaders are those marked by their effective use of communication and understanding their followers.
  • No member gets left behind: ensue all gamers are involved with their squad and other clan members, make sure you and your leadership are reaching out to the ones who are not to find out why and if they can help get them more active and involved.
Section 9 Honor Code
BOTTOM LINE!!! Have fun, play games, and network with other gamers that share the same interest. At the end of the day, it is after all just a game!

The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it.

Please make sure to be reading and sharing the forum rules & guidelines with your members. They need to be covered during the recruitment process with all new members.

Verifying Recruits
When recruiting members, please remember to do a check on the recruit to see if they were in the community previously. If they have been a part of XG before, you need to do some research to find out why they no longer are. If they were removed for anything besides inactivity, they do need to fill out a GWG application and wait for that process to be completed before they come back into any clans. When checking, use the search feature on the website to see if anything comes up under that name or any other prior names they provided to you.
Obviously, some people won't be honest upfront about the fact that they were previously in the community because they don't want to go through the GWG application, if you find out later that they were previously in XG make sure you are taking the proper steps of removing them and having them go through the GWG process before they come back.

Running a Clan / Decision Making
When you make decisions, make sure that you are using the best solution for the clan or squad and not being influenced by someone just because of a personal relationship you have with them. Generals are held accountable for any successes or failures that happen within their clan, so make sure that the decision-making process is sound and be sure to ask your chain of command or use the open door policy if you feel you want to bounce ideas or thoughts around. However, the final decision is up to you - advice can only go so far, only you will know if it will work or not work for your clan and members because you know them the best.

Request a Game Night
If the community would like to host an event but does not want to join the events team here is the link they can use:

Request a game night!
Looking for a game night? Don't see one coming up? You're in luck! Request a game night here, and the XG Events Team will get one set up.
**NOTE: This thread is for community members who are not part of the events team. Please follow these rules and format when requesting a game night.

Rules:
1. Multiplayer games only.
2. Request must be at least 7 days in the future.
3. Follow the format below or your request will be denied.

Format:
Game Requested -
Day of the Week Requested -
Start Time Requested -
Game Mode(s) Requested - (optional) *Note: If no specific modes are requested, the event hosts will choose*

Please note: If there is an event scheduled on the same game on the same day as your request, you will be asked to choose a different date.
The Events Team Members are here to make sure the community is happy and having fun so we welcome any ideas and events from everyone in XG. Our door is always open!

End of the Year / 2021 Goals
As a reminder, the end of the year is coming up fast - new consoles are out and new games have come out, make sure you aren't leaving any members behind. Keep in mind that this time of year is great for recruiting, with people getting new consoles and new games over holidays. Also remember that people may be taking time away from gaming to spend time with family, make sure you communicate absences with your chain of command and ask members to do the same so that you aren't surprised to not see them as much. What were your goals for this year? Ask for help accomplishing them, and also start thinking ahead to what you want to accomplish in 2021 - we need to work together as a team to help everyone get to where they want to be.

No Meetings Next Week
There will be no meetings next Sunday, 11/29/2020 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday - enjoy your weekend!

Meeting Notes 12/6/2020

Leaders become great not because of power but their ability to empower others

Stream Advertisement
The XG Community Discord will now offer stream promotion and all things stream related. Follow for following, stream help, and stream suggestions. The point of this is for members to help new streamers, bring each other closer by being able to interact with members via stream and support each other's stream dream(s).

Cross-Platform Good News
We will be adding areas in the XG Discord for PlayStation gamers. This will include a place to share Activision IDs so Playstation gamers can cross-play and be apart of our community. They can utilize discord chats to communicate in-game or in-game lobby. The only requirement is that discord is used for these gamers. Them having the Xbox app is not required. If there is another game (PubG, Fortnite, rocket league, etc.) that needs to have these places created for such communication we will make those as well. There are no plans to make clans specific for PlayStation gamers. We are a gaming community and not specific to Xbox.

Clan & Squad Meetings
With Xiled Gaming welcoming gamers from Playstation and PC, clan and squad meetings can be held from the clan voice chat in the respective XG Divisional Discord as needed. It is not required to hold meetings via Discord, if you are able to hold meetings over Xbox and that is working for you then continue to do so, just know that it is an option to use Discord if needed. We will be adding areas for PC gamers in the XG Community Discord. These areas will offer a place for PC gamers to share Steam usernames, as well as areas for gamers to share the appropriate IDs so members can find people to play PC games with.
We will have game lobbies on discord for these games that will allow members to communicate on Discord if they choose to. The point of these changes is making the Xiled Gaming Discord open for everyone and to bring gamers together regardless of the platform they game on. We will be able to bring in new members and bring our current members together to play games across all platforms. We encourage all members to participate and share in these areas.

Xiled Leader Discord Chat
https://www.xiledgaming.com/threads/xiled-staff-discord-server.75159/
Make sure you are sending it to your leaders so they can join and be part of the Gen-XI chat as well as the Gen-XS chat for your division (KoG, SYN or XGC).
Additionally, Generals and above have the ability to assign roles to members when they join - make sure they are getting the link out to new members and getting them assigned so all members have access to their clan chat box and can communicate with their fellow clan members. Make sure leadership is putting out clan news and announcements as needed, as well as using the leadership channel. Communication is the key to success!

Clan Structure
The goal of the CLAN STRUCTURE is to create smaller, tighter, stronger more personal clans. A clan is a group of friends who gets on to play together. Think for a minute, when you turn on your console who are you looking for first? The people you look for or text before you turn on your console, are your clan members.
Gone are the days of big clans. Gone are the days of dragging *** to get your clan split. Gone are the days of waiting for a promotion. Do what's required for promotion, do what's required to split and it's going to happen. If it doesn't go straight to an XC or XI.
With XG being in so many games and having members on so many platforms we MUST execute our clan structure perfectly in order to ensure YOU as a member are playing with like-minded gamers and enjoying playing with your friends.

1 General per 20-30 Members (Limit 1 per clan)
1 Captain to a minimum of 4 Members (Making this a Squad)
1 Lieutenant per Captain per squad.
There are NO amounts or ratios of sergeants or privates per clan or squad!
The proven Xiled Gaming rank structure will be followed exactly how it is written!
All recruits must be introduced to their squad members and get to know them for the first seven days in the squad. Recruits must be put into squads with members who play similar games and on similar consoles. If a member of a squad switches games or consoles they must be transferred to a different squad or clan if necessary. These transfers will be approved by your section leader.

Meeting Notes 12/13/2020

Think of the solution, not the problem.
If your mind was filled only with thoughts of why you were going to lose,
then you couldn't think of how to win.

All XG members are encouraged to share any issues or ideas through the chain of command and with XC/XI at ANYTIME! The leaders of Xiled Gaming believe in the open-door policy in order to encourage openness and transparency with all members of the community.

Name Changes
Please remember when members change their name that they need to seek proper approval by following the chain of command.
First, make sure they are reporting the names they wish to their captain, who will then pass the names on through the proper chain of command.
Once the XS has approved the name, please inform all leadership of the name change, ie captains, generals, and section leaders.
Please also make sure to request a name change on the website.

Generals, it is also your responsibility to remind members who are requesting to change their name with KoG, XGC or SYN, to make sure the names are approved on the website by an Admin prior to changing it on Xbox. You should also be researching these names as well to ensure that the name is currently not taken on the website by another. Names are not to replicate someone else's name or a Clan Name, as well as making sure they are not inappropriate.

Holiday Season
Just a quick reminder that the Holiday season is here and with Christmas less than two weeks away a lot of members will be traveling and spending more time with their families, and might not be as active with gaming as before.
We are asking to remind members to send a quick message to their leadership to inform them if they will be gone so nobody is worried about them.
We would also like to remind you that many people will also get new games and consoles at this time, So remember it's prime time to recruit as well.

X-Team Challenges
With the New Year coming up, X-Team Challenges will be picking up as well. Teams will be set up for either Casual Challenges or Competitive Challenges in both Core and Hardcore game style plays. X-Team Challenges will be held on Clan Compete like before. Each Team will be able to challenge the X-Team to a battle with specifications of whether it be CORE or HARDCORE (COMPETITIVE or CASUAL). Challenges are to be posted One Week in advance to ensure that each team will have enough time to prepare. However, X-Team will also be handing out Challenges as well to Clans through Clan Compete. This would be a way for Leaders to join and participate as well as meet members in this community. If you have any questions, feel free to please hit up KoG Turdz XD or KoG LOTUS XD for further information.

Meeting Notes 12/20/2020

Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

KoG Honor Code
VIII
Honor Code violations consist of trash talking, t-bagging, discrimination, racism, sexism, harassment, illegal drugs, cheating, poaching, squad deranking, or any other aggressive behavior toward fellow online gamers. Cheating is defined as any manipulation of online play; this includes, but is not limited to modding, bridging, stand-bying, forcing host, action replay, glitching / super jumping in match making / ranked games to gain an unfair advantage, playing online custom / ranked games with Modders, and circle boosting. Every situation is different and will be handled appropriately on a case by case basis.

Stay In Your Lane
When an issue is brought to you that doesn't involve your clan or section directly, please make sure that the issue is directed to the appropriate leader. If the General or XS from that clan or section isn't currently available, send them a message to let them know about what is going on and they will reply when they can. Remember that most issues do not need to be handled right away, it is very rare that something can't wait until the appropriate person is online to take care of it.

When it is a time-sensitive or urgent matter use the open door policy to hit up an XD or higher so it can be handled appropriately. An investigation has to take place before any action is taken. This is critical! Both sides of the story need to be checked and verified as best as possible, by asking any witnesses to give their account and not just basing a decision upon what one person has said, as that can easily turn into a he-said, she-said situation which is impossible to resolve fairly.

Five Ways To Lead Your Team
1. Become Part of the Group
It is essential to be interested in the team & individuals on a human level from the the start - integration beyond the work environment creates connections between people, allowing better understanding the needs & wants of our gamers, so we can provide the best experience possible.

2. Develop Talents
Leadership should always be searching for ways to expand their capabilities and skills. Learning is an integral part of achieving results, so learning and developing such skills are important to every teams' success regardless of position.

3. Motivate Change
Resistance to change comes from fear of the unknown. Never be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try something different, after all being stagnant is the first step to failure. Encourage your team to be more intrepid.

4. Coordinate Activities instead of Directing People
Leadership involves inspiration as well as motivation. Leadership is about bringing out the best in a team, remember you are working with people with all different types of feelings, emotions, and ideas, not machines.

5. Provide Feedback on Performance
Talented people prefer a honest assessment on their performance and enjoy praise for a job well done. Always be able to to develop how you handle difficult situations, while being able to keep our composure as leaders. Remember that we do not have the luxury of losing our cool or acting unprofessional, be the leader all members deserve, stay cool calm and collected as professional leaders at all times.

End of the Year
Let's finish the year out strong and get clan games updated if needed, verify that usergroups and clan lists are matching to start 2021 off on a good foot.
Remember that people might be away and not gaming as much if they are spending time with family or traveling, be courteous and give people leeway before placing them inactive or removing them from the usergroup.

Put something together with your clan or squad to celebrate the end of the year and to take advantage of not having any meetings next week! :)

Communicate any absences with your leadership and ensure members know to do the same, ensure that nobody is being left behind and that recruiting is still taking place when possible to take advantage of people getting new consoles and games this time of year!

**No Meetings Next Sunday, 12/27/2020 - enjoy your holidays!**

Meeting Notes 1/10/2021

"The Essence of Great Leadership is Influence, Not Authority"

Goals for 2021
It's the beginning of the year, now is a great time to reflect back on 2020 and what you accomplished. Now is the time to set goals for this year - keep them as S.M.A.R.T. goals and make sure your leaders do the same with your assistance.

S - Specific = Don't create a goal that is unclear or needs detailed explanation, it should be specific enough to be easily understood when talking about it.
M - Measurable = Determine how you will be able to tell if the goal is 25% complete, 50% complete, and so on. If the goal isn't met 100%, talk about why.
A - Achievable = Make a goal that is not unreasonable. For example, if you set a recruiting goal for 10 recruits in a week, but typically only bring in 1-2, that goal will most likely not be met. Start with something realistic, and if that goal is met easily, then increase it for the next time.
R - Relevant = Have the goal be something the squad or clan needs to work on. For example, if recruiting is slow and needs improvement, that would be a good goal. If recruiting is something that happens normally and isn't a struggle, a goal for leadership training and development would be better.
T - Time Bound = Set a time-frame for the goal to be achieved. Whether it's a short term or long term goal, having a "due date" helps keep people focused and working towards it.

Make sure that when you set a goal you are checking in on progress at least a couple of times a week, to help keep everyone focused and ensure it isn't forgotten. If the goal isn't met, discuss why - it shouldn't be a negative conversation, just a discussion about why it didn't happen and how to try to achieve it using a different strategy.

Why People Join XG - Your Attitude & Enthusiasm Matter!
There are two main reasons that people join Xiled Gaming:
#1: Having like-minded gamers to play with when they are online!
#2: Competition, whether within their clan or the community

Gaming is supposed to be fun - make sure your attitude when you enter parties is enthusiastic, enthusiasm is contagious! We all need to get some pep in our step and show members why we're the best gaming community out there. If you have members in leadership who have lost their drive, it trickles down to members as well, so figure out what makes XG fun for you and embrace that.

Recruiting
All members are responsible for recruiting. As leaders, it is our responsibility to teach lower-ranking members how to properly recruit. We always recruit QUALITY over QUANTITY. We are looking for like-minded gamers who show interest in joining the community and are a good fit within that clan and the people already part of the clan, if they aren't quite fitting in but haven't done anything wrong, try to find a clan that they will fit in better. If someone is teabagging they would be a better fit for SYN, don't set them up in a KoG or XGC clan where they will get in trouble for playing how they usually play. There are many ways to recruit, don't be afraid to try something new if what you or your members have been doing isn't working.

Meeting Notes 1/17/2021

You have always got to be forward-thinking to stay ahead of the game

Website Updates
A few updates on the website took place this last week. An important one being the User Name Change button. It is no longer located in the drop-down by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of the website. You have to click on ‘Account Details’ and then click ‘Change’ next to your current user name.
You can also organize sticky threads within clan forums, for example, you could make it so the Clan List thread is always at the top of the stickied threads followed by Squad Lists - for assistance hit up your chain of command.

Meeting Feedback
Please start an open conversation in all meetings about how we can make the meetings more meaningful. What does everyone find the most useful/helpful from meetings currently? Are there current ongoing issues with meetings that should be thought of changing? All XS & XD take note of this conversation because we will be asking for feedback.
Speaking of “taking notes,” someone should be taking notes or minutes at every meeting so when a member brings up an idea, suggestion, or comment regarding something they would like to see done, changed, or questioned, there is a record of the conversation. The notes should be relayed to the next level of the chain of command and posted in the same thread that the attendance is recorded.
There are instances where those items are getting mentioned but not relayed to the correct leaders that could either consider the request or provide clarity of the issue.

Individual Goals
Generals remember to work closely with your XS to ensure everyone is aware of your individual goals for your clan as well as you personally.

Communication
When someone reaches out to you, whether it's through Xbox, the website, or Discord, please make sure you are replying as soon as you are able, even if it's just to let them know you received the message and that you'll get with them when you are next available.
