This is where XG Event Team members submit their event for approval by the Events Team Leaders. Please follow the format below.
Game To Be Held On: Black Ops Cold War
Date & Time: 12/21/2020 9 pm EST
Hosts: (Must Have 2) XGC Example & SYN Test
Mass Message: The Events Team Presents a Black Ops Cold War Game Night, on Thursday, December 31st @ 9pm EST
With your hosts XGC Example & SYN Test.
We will be playing custom games including Michael Myers, Shotgun Roulette, and many more.
Send a message to either host for an invite to the event!
Events Layout: Michael Myers, Shotgun Roulette, and more.
Any changes that may affect the scheduled event must be communicated with all parties including the Events Team Leaders.
Events must be posted for approval at a minimum of 2 week prior.
All Events must be approved by Event Team Leaders SYN CHELL XD or Co-Leader SYN Sobi XS
Game Nights requested the same day as a Community Tournament will be DENIED
ALL Flyers or Banners will be submitted by The Design Team Only. Once game is submitted then it will be puy on the calendar by SYN CHELL XS or SYN Sobi XS!
