    Relationships and leadership in XG

In an effort to eliminate drama and keep any kind of favoritism or feelings from influencing decisions XG does not allow husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend or immediate family to directly report. We realize that with the amazing members we have at some point you might find the person who completes your life but in the event that you do we require you to notify a leader (XD, XC, XI) so one of you can be moved. The rank structure is intended to be followed with out personal feeling or emotional decisions...

    How To Recruit

    Xiled Gaming – Recruiting

Hello to all of Xiled Gaming. It doesn’t matter where in Xiled Gaming you are located, XGC, KOG, SYN, or XGP. Everything included in this post is for you. One of the major things members are confused about and may need a little help with is RECRUITING.

There are many reasons why recruiting may not be done properly. One reason is the fact that people are simply recruiting to build up their clans as fast as possible for personal glory. They want to get as many clans as possible and look as good as possible to get a promotion. IT DOES NOT WORK THIS WAY! You are going to be more recognized, respected and a better leader by taking the proper time, which is necessary to find the right people and put a well-established and organized clan...

How To Run A New Squad

HOW TO RUN A NEW SQUAD

So you have just started a squad, which means you are a general and have permission from a Division Leader or above. First, you will need to appoint a General and a Captain to assist you in running the squad. The General and Captain must be trustworthy and good recruiters. There is absolutely no poaching; this means no recruiting from other XGC, KOG, or SYN squads. To recruit, hit up any kind of matchmaking and look for quality players that represent what XGC, KOG, or SYN is looking for. A quality player is someone who plays professionally and will uphold the HONOR CODE. If a player is interested, you should direct them to one of our websites so they may familiarize...

Throughout its history, the Xiled Gaming Company has successfully met all its challenges. The online XG community began on January of 2006, the Council of Leaders broke from the community known as KSI in order to run a Community free of cheating, trash talking, racism and run it the way they see fit.

From those early days of the XG community there has been, certain bedrock principles or core values that have been carried by the members in silence. They consist of three basic principles, and together create the XGC mission.

    Our Community

What makes a community a community? The word community comes from the Latin communis, meaning "common, public, and shared by all or many." People have formed communities from the days of the earliest hunter-gatherers. Communities are distinguished by enough participants in a group caring for the common good, developing a sense of community, in which they give of themselves. A crucial factor is the balance between self-interest and shared interests. What ever drives people to cooperate in the first place is not as important in the context of community as what makes them continue to associ...
