    • Promotions of Captains

People can play with anyone they want, but canít be in another clan on any tag.
Anyone caught Cheating will be kicked out of the Community immediately!
Other infractions will be dealt with warnings first and possibly movement to other areas of XGC, KOG, SYN or XGG.

Section Leaders DON'T run squads; that is the Generals job!

      HELP MAKING GAMER TAGS

There has been some confusion about what the letters are and who can make a XGC, KOG, or SYN Gamer Tag. The Council does not want anyone to make an XGC, KOG, or SYN Gamer Tag until they achieve the rank of Sergeant and have the APPROVAL of their Section Leader.

      KOG:

KOG Gamer Tag XI <-----Council Members have the XI
KOG Gamer Tag XC <-----Community Leaders have XC

So you have just started a squad, which means you are a general and have permission from a Division Leader or above. First, you will need to appoint a General and a Captain to assist you in running the squad. The General and Captain must be trustworthy and good recruiters. There is absolutely no poaching; this means no recruiting from other XGC, KOG, or SYN squads. To recruit, hit up any kind of matchmaking and look for quality players that represent what...

XILED GAMING is comprised of several X-leaders from many other gaming networks. These leaders have all joined forces to become the future of online gaming. As a team or a Council the original 11 leaders will all make decisions as a whole with no one person's agenda being higher than the others. This is truly how a democracy runs. Xiled Gaming members are held to the highest of standards and are above any petty drama that is sent their way. Xiled Gaming members are professional above all others and...
