Absolutely NOT! We are in charge and run everything but we don't recruit gamer tags we recruit people! I am a gamer who hates t baging and overly trash talking! SYN is not for trash talkers! It is for underground gamers. That means people who are not affraid of trash talk not out looking for it! Any gamer in SYN who takes it to far can and will be kicked out for trash talking!
