2. Name and additional text: XGC Roughnecks, Stand aside we got this
3. Theme of Banner: Something hardcore, really make it feel like a ROUGHNECK banner, battle hardened soldiers, ruthless soldiers, something awesome
4. Color Scheme: Red, white, and black are preferred, but if you find something that looks good without those colors, thats fine.
