This week's theme is "SMUDGING"
The sigs entered in this contest must consist of only visible smudging techniques.

Rules
1: SOTW is no CnC
2: Anyone may Enter the SOTW
3: Sigs must be with in the Sig rule guidelines which is 500x200 not 200 x 500
4: Entries are Due by midnight on Monday January 25
5: Polls will be put up ASAP
6: all Results are FINAL.
7: If you have a concern or question please PM SYN Cheddarbob
8: Also in the event of there needing to be more then 1 thread for the SOTW we will make two threads. More details on that will be given out once it happens.
Also on your entries don't put your name or watermark into it and don't place it in your sig until after the poll is closed this will be counted as advertising all entries must be PMed to SYN Cheddarbob
