READ BEFORE POSTING A BANNER REQUEST!!!!!
Please be aware that designers are working here for you. This is something we do in our free time and in addition to usual clan responsibilities. Requests may take up to 4 weeks to be completed.
Drama/conflict in the design forum consists of; spam requests, trash talking designers, repetitive request updates. Any drama/conflict by a member will be dealt with in the following manner:
1st offense - A warning will be issued
2nd offense - Member will be given an infraction and denial of the request
3rd offense - Member will be banned from the design forum for 1 month
-- Clan Banner Request Format --
1. Type of Banner (ex. Addict, XS forum, Clan Banner)
2. Name and additional text (ex. XGC Xiled Kings, 'clan motto', member name)
3. Theme of Banner (ex. Battlefield, COD, Space, etc.)
4. Color Scheme (ex. dark, light, greens and blues, etc.)
1. There is a limit of 1 banner per 6 months per member or clan (Exception: New General)
2. If we post a question or concern in your request thread and do not receive a reply within 2 weeks, your request will be denied.
3. Please Note: Due to site restrictions, banner sizes are 400x75. This allows for limited space for a lot of details.
4. We cannot include any text regarding individual members of the clan, including but not limited to, Section Leaders, Division Leaders, and Generals. The only exception to this rule is "In Remembrance" Clans. These clans will be fully researched before the banner can be made.
5. All animated banner requests must be submitted in designers personal forums and not in the request forums. This is due to the limited number of designers that can do animation.
