Hey Viper just wondering why the ban list can only be accessed by certain people

That is something we don't want to make public. It is restricted to Generals and above because it is easier to keep track of who has access to the area.

When I am not dealing with problems, play video games such as F.E.A.R., Rainbow Six Vegas, Kameo, Eragon, Prey, and other games. I will soon have Crackdown and GRAW 2.
