I have a propasal for an addition to the Xiledgaming.com curriculum.
I think we should hold a lottery system on the website, most likely a monthly one. You can use a system of random number generators for it. Here's a full proposal technical plan....

You make a announcment thread, and have the rules of entry.
Which is to basically pick 3 numbers and post them there. Also have a moderator make sure there is no spamming among the thread.
The person who picks either all of the numbers, picks the most of the numbers (out of three), or comes the overall closest wins the prize. Which could vary from 1/3 months, and 1600 microsoft points.
This idea can be tinkered around with if nessasary. But I would like the counsil to please delgate on it, and if considered nessasary, vote on it as well.
