we should have a inner clan compete for example have any one who wants to play put into a bracket (for halo 3). And then the winner from each group could go against the best from another group 1v1 and keep going to find the best player in xgc.

I thought I was following you but then I got lost.

Seems like to me you are looking for a 1v1 ladder on clancompete.com so anyone can challenge anyone to see who the best is?

That we should be able to do and I actually thought we had a 1 v1 on there. I will have to check that out.

I am hoping this answered your question. Let me know and if there is some other stuff you can explain on what you are looking for do that as well.
