Succesful Game Battles Team

Recruiting Talented Players, this is where it all begins.
*The hardest thing is to Find Good Potential Members that are also very good at the Game
*Do not take the Easy way out Good Players that are not XGC Quality are not Going to be Good Repersentives for your clan no matter how good they are.
*When you have assembled your intial team Practice, Practice, Practice..yes we are talking Practice.
STEP 1.
Organizing your "Team" (Team is not your Clan, as always your Clan is more important)
I suggest this Format, but you can make variations of it as to what fits your Team the Best.
General Manager (aka General of Clan) -> Coach-> Captain-> Scout (Scouts are any Member of your Clan that are activly looking to Funnal you Talented Players for Tryouts.)
Coach -> Ast. Coach-> Player Coach
Captain-> Member ( Members might be on A, B team, or Practice Squad )
STEP 2.
Postions and thier Purpose
General Manager - This Should be General of Clan or Section Leader of Section Team (highest ranking member over Team Members)
The GM is Responcible for Assigning a Coach and Votes on all Members of the Team along with The Coach who he/she assignes to Run the other aspects of the Team.
SCOUTs
These are any Members asked to keep an Open Eye for Potential Team Members..if looking outside the Clan please make shure that the Potential Team Member is also XGC Calibur..aka 18+, Level headed, easy to get along with and non-modder non- cheater non-asz

Coach - This Clan Member is respocible for the following:
Organizing Practices, Naming Members of Team A and Team B, Practice Squad. Assigning Ast. Coaches to Run Practices and Reporting all Displinary messures to General Manager. Also Votes on all members other then Coaches Replacement with The GM.
Ast. Coaches - These Coaches are Constantly Working on Strarts for the A team ( Thier Might be a TDM Ast. Coaches , S & D Ast. Coaches , Team Objective Ast. Coaches ) Looking to improve on those Strats and Must be willing to take Critizeum from not only the Coach and GM but also be open to Team Member imput.

Captain - This Postion is Voted on by the A Team Members hence thier is no B Team or Practice Squad Captains. Captain Speaks for A - team during official Team Events ( Matches, Clan meetings, ect..) The Captain should know the Pulse of his team and should be the in Game Voice of Reason..
Team Member -
A team ( Playes in Game Battles <atches for Clan ). they loose thier Rank by not only loosing a one on one chalenge byy a B team member but also if they do not spend enoughf time Practicing and or learning the A Team Strats
B Team ( Substitue Members for the A team and can play in place of them)
... they become eligible for the A team by Proving them selves superior to a member of the A team in one on one combat and must be able to Run a Majority of the Strats the A team is required to know.
Practice Squad ( these members have Been Choosen from all that have tried out and work with the Coaches to learn Strats, and are thier to run strats against the A and B teams.. they become eligible for the B team by Proving them selves superior to a member of the B team in one on one combat and must be able to Run a Majority of the Strats the B team is required to know.

Go out and WIN

Work for Team GOALS rather then individual Awards
