The following are general guidelines for Generals that will help with communication throughout our community.
  1. The mandatory Generals meeting is held on Sunday at 8:00 PM EST. If you are not able to attend, you must let someone know.

  2. When a member has been booted for Honor Code violations, remember to type the exact spelling of their gamer tag in your SPAM message. Additionally, do not forget to add them to the DNR list as soon as possible.

  3. The clan list must be posted on the 1st and 15th of each month. Follow the format procedures as found in the Weekly Updates section labeled “Tutorials.”

  4. Utilize your clan’s forums to help with communication for your clan.

  5. Utilize the Weekly Update Section to help other Generals get the same information. More importantly so the Section and Division Leaders will get the information.

  6. When you change your gamer tag, create a new gamer tag, or move your gamer tag from one clan to another clan you need to post that information in this section. All gamer tags are being tracked in a data base. If the information is accurate then everyone knows who you are and where you are at.

  7. Your forum display name should match your primary gamer tag, this is how we know you and it would be make it easier for everyone to identify who you are. To change your login name, submit your request in the Help Desk following the instructions.

  8. If you want your captains to have a copy of the banned list you will need to copy it and send it to them via email.DO NOT POST THE DO NOT RECRUIT LIST ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE FORUMS! If you do, you will lose your privileges to the Weekly Updates!

  9. Lastly, remember that Generals are the backbone of our community and are able to facilitate the most direct change in our clans. And remember that communication is the key to success.
